After visiting our school family at Perton Primary Academy, we welcome any feedback about our school setting. Please see below past comments:

Blue Cross – Educational assembly – April 2024

It was lovely meeting you again this morning and being back at Perton Academy. Thanks for all your help and the nice welcome I received. Please also thank the office lady and the teachers for their help and support. I can’t believe how well behaved the children are in your school. It is actually outstanding. They are just incredible and really fun to talk with. They have a great sense of humour, they’re so polite and respectful and are quick to understand animal welfare and being safe around dogs. They’re so intelligent. Perton is such a wonderful school and you have every right to be proud. All year groups had brilliant questions and comments. Thank you

Blue Cross – Educational talk – March 2024

I have to say that I was so impressed –  the office were lovely and helpful and all the teachers were so supportive and kind. They do a fantastic job and the children were just as fantastic. They were brilliant with participation during the talks, they were eager to share their stories and ask questions, and absolutely mind blowing with their answers and knowledge of pets. They were also very polite, well behaved, friendly and very happy. I was made to feel really welcome and I was so impressed with your lovely school. Thank you. – Geraldine Guest – Blue Cross

Dogs Trust – Educational talk – September 2023

I just wanted to say thank you for the warm welcome I received when visiting your school on Tuesday. The pupils and staff were extremely friendly, and I hope I can visit you all again in the future.

Kind regards,

Alison

Music Peripatetic Teacher – March 2023

‘In all my years I have never been made to feel more welcome in an educational setting by a staff group, nor have I encountered a more committed, respectful response from a group of students. Not for one moment did any fail to remain fully focused. All aspects do the parties the greatest credit.’

Parent from our Nursery Setting –  April 2023

‘I wanted to write to you to share my gratitude towards the breakfast club, afterchool and staff and preschool staff who have been amazing in helping my child settle in.
Having had experience of two 2 year old now, I feel I am well equipped to say how challenging they can be one to one never mind when you have multiple other children to look after.
I have always even anxious about childcare in general and did worry if my child might be too young to attend a school setting having started my other child nearer to 3. However she has taken little over a week to settle, she struts in and is enthusiastic to tell me about her day when I pick her up.
The patience tenacity the staff have is appreciated more than you know.
I now have the issue that sheand  doesn’t like her other nursery! I look forward to sending her full time with you I  September.
I also want to mention Mrs Owen who always has time to answer my 101 questions and amendments and always happy to help.
You have a great team and I feel my children are in capable hands.
I just wanted to highlight my appreciation.’

June 2023 – Keith Elder – Chair of the Friends of Perton Library

Thank you very much for the very kind donation of £76.71p to Friends of Perton Library following your very successful cake sale in the Library.
All funds raised by the Friends of Perton Library are exclusively used to support local community activities in Perton Library for example the Science Fair last March, the History Fair in October and the Summer Reading Challenge. Neither the Science Fair nor the History Fair could take place without the Friends support so your donation is so very welcome as we work towards the History Fair on 10th October and a third Science Fair probably during British Science Week in 2024.
Thank you once again for your support.
Keith
